Now" text button next to the product. You will be redirected
to your shopping cart where you can decide to checkout or continue
shopping.

4. Is it necessary to uninstall the Redmond
Exams Demo in order to install the full version
of the product?
No.
5. Do I have to be connected to the Internet
to use the Redmond Exams practice tests?
No. Once you have downloaded and installed your product, you
can disconnect from the Internet. All necessary files will be
installed to your hard drive.
6. Will I receive anything in the mail
after I order?
Some products from the Redmond Exams Web Site involve actual
goods that will be shipped to your address. However, all Redmond
Exams Practice Tests will be obtained by download only. This
is how we are able to keep the prices down for our customers.
CD-ROMs of Redmond Exams Practice Tests can be obtained by special
request and an additional $25 shipping and handling fee.
7. During the installation process I receive
the following error: "Data.cab corrupted".
Then the exam does not work. What is wrong?
The most likely reason that you are receiving this error is because
the downloaded file is incomplete. Try to download the file again
and restart the installation procedure.
8. I cannot open the downloaded file?
The downloaded file is an executable file (.exe). To begin the
installation of the Redmond Exams, you should double-click
the file you downloaded.
9. I try to install the Redmond Exams,
but it says that It has already been installed.
What should I do?
You should uninstall the Redmond Exams
using the Add/Remove Programs utility in the
Control Panel. Once the Redmond Exams has been
uninstalled, double-click the download file
to reinstall it.
10. I receive an error "1152: error extracting." when
I try to install the Redmond Exams. What
is the Problem?
You are probably receiving this error because the your Internet
connection was interrupted during the download of your file and
therefore you only received a fragment of the file. If this occurs,
please try to download the file again.
